We loved how close (1-2 minutes) this hotel is to the train station, restaurants and shopping. If it rained, there was only one short crossing from one building to the hotel entrance, the rest of the way was covered. There are two entrance/exits to the hotel. We used the hotel back entrance to come and go. We enjoyed complimentary hot coffee and hot cocoa everyday. On our last day asked front desk to call a taxi from the hotel to the airport and costs 300 yen extra but because we had a party of 6 and needed 3 taxis, it was too difficult to arrange. It must be done at least a day in advance. One party caught a taxi from the hotel and the remaining 3 adults walked over to the train station and it was easy to take a taxi from there. There were only two parties ahead of us but many taxis available at 5pm. It was about 1800 yen for the van with 3 adults, 3 large suitcases, two duffle bags and 3 rolling carryon luggage.

I have been to Japan several times for vacation, and this honestly is the best hotel I have stayed at. The location was wonderful: it was literally steps away from the meeting point for day tours around the region and from transpo stops. Also, there were at least three convenience stores a just across the hotel. And Hakata Station was just around the corner from the hotel. The room size and amenities were pleasantly surprising, as well as the shower facilities (multiple shower heads). If you’re entertaining doubts as to whether you should choose this hotel as your base in Hakata/Fukuoka, do yourself a favor and book it. The convenience this hotel offers for its price point is unparalleled.

- Eco friendly hotel which is a 2 mins walk to Hakata Stn and many eateries and shopping mall nearby - Hakata Bus Terminal is less then 10 mins walk for those who choose to take bus to or from airport and train is only 2 stops from Hakata Stn - taxi fare from hotel to airport S$12 around 15 mins ride early morning 7.30 with less traffic - Friendly staffs - Very thoughtful items, free coffee machine in lobby, in room back massager and air purifier machine - super clean fresh white bath towels and also bedsheet and they’ve the nicest room slipper I ever come across - Lawson pick up point for day tour is just a 2 mins walk, super convenience - another thoughtful item, back massager

It was our second stay in this hotel. The location is really great, just a 1-minute walking distance to the Hakata station. The check-in and check-out were very smooth and seamless. The staff even helped us if we got some questions. The room we booked was pretty spacious, and the price was very affordable. The double bed was large enough to accommodate two people. Bed and pillows were very comfy. The best thing was that they provided a massage pillow. There was a proper desk in the room which we could use for work-related stuff. Two water bottles were provided along with a coffee machine available to enjoy.

The amenities were good quality and the additional coffee machine was a plus at night when I wanted a hot drink. The breakfast was delicious and the spread was amazing. I liked that the room was clean and comfortable - the massage machine was great especially after a long day of walking and exploring. I really appreciated that my room was no noisy and I could have a good rest at night.
